Franklin Paul is a visionary entrepreneur and seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience across logistics, international trade, food services, and professional learning & development. He empowers individuals and organizations to unlock their leadership potential through transformative training and strategic development initiatives.
Having held leadership roles with global organizations such as FM Global, Kuehne & Nagel, Fairmacs Logistics, and San Francisco Coffee Franchise Malaysia, Franklin brings strong operational and cross-cultural leadership expertise. He is certified by the John Maxwell Leadership Program (USA), Kingdomcity Leadership Academy, and HRDC, and has delivered training across Asia, Australia, and the USA. As the founder of Design to Reign Services, Franklin remains passionate about empowering people to lead with purpose, authenticity, and excellence.
Meera Franklin is the co-founder of Design to Reign Services and a certified trainer with 18 years of experience in the logistics and education industries. She holds a Bachelor’s Honours Degree in Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching, and is a Charter Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport.
Her versatile background spans administrative management, human resource development, safety and health, information technology, and aviation services. Meera has consistently demonstrated her ability to lead change, grow revenue, and work across all levels of an organization, making her a valuable trainer and leader in every environment she serves.
Busky is a John Maxwell Leadership Certified Trainer (USA) with over 25 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, education, and international sales and marketing. An engaging and people-focused trainer, he is known for delivering practical, interactive, and activity-based workshops to organizations across Malaysia.
He holds UK qualifications in Hospitality and Tourism Management, Education, and an MBA from The Nottingham Trent University, and is also a HRDF/PSMB Certified Internal Assessor (TTT) in Malaysia. Guided by his motto “To Be the Best”, Busky ensures impactful learning experiences that inspire and empower participants.
