Founder & HRD Certified Trainer

Franklin Paul is a certified HRD Trainer with extensive experience in the logistics and corporate industries. His background includes key leadership roles such as Managing Director and Director, showcasing his ability to guide organizations through transformation and growth.

As the founder of Design to Reign, Franklin has impacted lives through motivational speaking, coaching, and mentoring. He focuses on helping individuals discover their life’s purpose by strengthening leadership, passion, and people skills. His holistic approach emphasizes aligning the body, mind, and spirit to achieve success in both personal and professional life.

Meera Franklin

Co-Founder & Certified HRD Corp Trainer

Meera Franklin is the co-founder of Design to Reign Services and a certified trainer with 18 years of experience in the logistics and education industries. She holds a Bachelor’s Honours Degree in Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching, and is a Charter Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport.

Her versatile background spans administrative management, human resource development, safety and health, information technology, and aviation services. Meera has consistently demonstrated her ability to lead change, grow revenue, and work across all levels of an organization, making her a valuable trainer and leader in every environment she serves.
